Meet Danielle Nottingham and Malou Nubla of Nfinity Wines

You know those people who just get it done? The ones who turn “What if?” into “Why not?” and then into “Here, try this glass of sparkling joy”? That’s Danielle Nottingham and Malou Nubla, the powerhouse duo behind Nfinity Wines; a boutique wine label that’s turning heads (and filling glasses) across California.
From their careers as TV hosts to crafting award-winning bottles, Danielle and Malou prove that good taste goes beyond the red carpet. This is their story, from broadcast to bottle.
Danielle Nottingham
Danielle Nottingham is a storyteller at heart. With a background in journalism and lifestyle television, she spent years helping viewers discover the best restaurants, events and hidden gems across California. So naturally, wine was always part of the picture, whether it was a segment on vineyards or a toast at the end of a shoot.
In 2020, during the height of the pandemic, Danielle and Malou produced a segment called Girls Trip in Paso Robles, spotlighting wine and local adventure. The episode became California Live’s highest-rated show ever. And somewhere between the clinking glasses and rolling vineyards, an idea started to ferment: Why are we promoting everyone else’s wines… when we could be making our own?
That’s Danielle’s magic—she sees opportunity where others see obstacles. With charm, vision and a deep curiosity for the winemaking process, she helped turn a spontaneous thought into a real-life label. And not just any label, a brand rooted in inclusion, access, and joy.
Malou Nubla
Before co-founding Nfinity Wines, Malou Nubla was already a seasoned lifestyle TV personality with a love for food, culture and celebration. Her expertise in connecting audiences to new experiences made her a natural storyteller (and a curious wine lover.)
It was that same curiosity that led her from covering restaurants to crafting something of her own. Malou is all about the details; from sourcing high-quality grapes to understanding the microclimates of California wine country. She's not afraid to dive deep into winemaking and ask the big questions: Is this expressive enough? Can we make this more approachable? Does it spark joy?
Malou brings the grounding energy to the Nfinity team—creative, strategic and always focused on making wine feel less intimidating and more empowering. She and Danielle met while co-hosting California Live on NBC, and what started as on-screen chemistry became a lasting partnership both in life and business.
Nfinity Wines
Born from a blend of hustle, humor and a love for wine-fueled storytelling, Nfinity Wines is more than a brand, it’s a movement. As women of color in a male-dominated industry, Danielle and Malou are rewriting the narrative, proving that great wine doesn’t need to be gatekept by price tags or jargon.
Their wines are crafted using grapes sourced from California’s most iconic wine regions. From their 2021 Chardonnay from Livermore Valley (their very first release!) to their Best of Class–winning Brut (a North Coast Méthode Champenoise stunner made with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Pinot Meunier, and Pinot Blanc), every bottle is a celebration of quality and accessibility.
A lot of people ask Danielle and Malou where the name Nfinity comes from. With last names like Nottingham and Nubla, the “N” felt like the perfect starting point. Nfinity became a nod to infinite possibilities—a reminder that for these two, there is no ceiling, only forward.
Whether you're just getting into wine or you're already building a cellar, Nfinity is here for you. No snobbery, no pressure. Just great wine, big dreams and a whole lot of heart.
