Piqué Wines (“we,” “our,” “us”) is committed to ensuring that your wine arrives promptly and safely. Please read the following shipping policy carefully, as it outlines the terms and conditions applicable to shipping orders placed through our website.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship wine to the following jurisdictions:

  • California

  • Alaska

  • Connecticut

  • Washington, D.C.

  • Florida

  • Louisiana

  • Nebraska

  • Nevada

  • New Hampshire

  • North Dakota

  • Oregon

  • Puerto Rico

  • Virginia

  • West Virginia

  • Wyoming

If you do not see your location listed above, we regret that we are unable to ship to your state or territory at this time due to state regulations. We hope that this legislation will change in the future.


Delivery Timeframes

  • California Orders: Orders placed for delivery within California will typically arrive within 1-2 business days from the date of shipment.

  • All Other Approved Destinations: Orders shipped to Alaska, Connecticut, Washington D.C., Florida, Louisiana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oregon, Puerto Rico, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wyoming will typically arrive within 2-3 business days from the date of shipment.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are subject to potential delays due to weather, carrier availability, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Fees

  • Orders Over $99: Enjoy free shipping on all orders totaling $99 or more (before applicable taxes and discounts).

  • Orders Under $99: A flat shipping fee of $9.99 will apply to all orders below $99.


Age Verification and Signature Requirement

As required by law, all wine shipments must be received by an individual who is at least 21 years of age. The carrier will request a valid government-issued ID and obtain an adult signature upon delivery. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or unattended locations.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the unlikely event that your shipment is damaged or lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt or the expected delivery date by emailing presston@piquewines.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund, as applicable.


Changes or Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us at presston@piquewines.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel the shipment.


Limitations of Liability

Piqué Wines shall not be held responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of shipping information provided at the time of purchase.
