The CHO 2023 Bubbles is a vibrant sparkling wine made from 90% Pinot Gris, 8% Pinot Noir, and 2% Chardonnay, sustainably farmed and whole-cluster pressed. Co-fermented in stainless steel and lightly carbonated, it offers bright aromas of orchard fruits and citrus with a crisp, refreshing palate of green apple, pear, and a touch of brioche.
